• Place your orders by Thursday, September 5 in order to receive your shipment by Saturday, September 28
• New sales resources and additional materials will be added to Marcom as they become available. Please check in frequently!

To access Marcom and pre-order your 2025 Medicare Advantage Enrollment Materials:

• Login to the Producer Portal using this link: Highmark Producer Portal Link
• Select Medicare Dashboard
• Under Quick Links, select Order Supplies - Over 65 (Marcom/ShopPro)
• From the Catalog, select Medicare Enrollment Materials
• Select 2025 MA Enrollment Materials
• Select the Enrollment Materials you would like to order, and then your region

Pre-Ordering 2025 Highmark D-SNP Sales and Enrollment Materials

2025 Highmark Wholecare (PA D-SNP) Materials are available for pre-order on the Fineline Shopping Cart! Place your orders by Wednesday, September 25 in order to receive your shipment by Monday, September 30

To access Highmark Wholecare (PA D-SNP) pre-orders, visit the Cavulus homepage (or visit finelink.com/highmarkshop):

• Login to Cavulus (If you are having trouble logging in, contact Agent Support at 1-888-871-0417 for assistance)
• Select Marketing Materials and then Shopping Cart from the dropdown menu:
• Enter your email and password for the Shopping Cart. (If you are having trouble logging into the Shopping Cart, please call the Fineline Help Desk at 877-334-7687 ext. 334)
• Select Highmark Wholecare Blue Cross Blue Shield or Highmark Wholecare Blue Shield depending on which region you are ordering materials for
• Select Sales Material to see all items available for ordering (More materials may be made available through the end of August)
• Click the shopping bag icon in the upper right corner to access your cart and review your order
• Enter your shipping address
• Select Place Order to complete your transaction
