Pre-Ordering 2026 Highmark Medicare Advantage Sales and Enrollment Materials

Highmark's 2026 Medicare Advantage Enrollment Guides and Roadmaps are available now for pre-order via Marcom!

• Place your pre-orders by Friday, September 5 in order to receive your shipment by the week of September 22.
  
  • Note: You must pre-order by September 12 for a September 30 delivery.
• New sales resources, including a SilverSneakers flyer, along with additional materials will be added to Marcom as they become available. Please check in frequently!

To access Marcom and pre-order your 2026 Medicare Advantage Enrollment Materials:

1. Log into the Producer Portal by clicking here.
2. Select Marcom under Producer Resources.
3. From the Catalog, select Medicare Enrollment Materials.
4. Select 2026 MA Enrollment Materials.
5. Select the Enrollment Materials you would like to order.

Pre-Ordering 2026 Highmark D-SNP Sales and Enrollment Materials

2026 Highmark Wholecare (PA) and Highmark Health Options Duals (DE, WV) Sales and Enrollment Materials are available now for pre-order via Fineline!

• Place your pre-orders by Wednesday, September 24 in order to receive your shipment by Tuesday, September 30.
• Additional Customizable sales resources, including the Benefit Matrix, along with other materials will be added to the Fineline Shopping cart as they become available. Please check back frequently!

To access Fineline and pre-order your 2026 D-SNP Enrollment Materials:

1. Log into the Producer Portal by clicking here.
2. Select Fineline under Producer Resources.
3. Select Marketing Materials and then Shopping Cart from the dropdown menu.
4. Enter your Email and Password for the Shopping Cart. (If you are having trouble logging into the Shopping Cart, please call the Fineline Help Desk at 877-334-7687 ext. 334).
5. Click on the State matching the region for which you are ordering materials. Once filtered by State/Region, use the left-hand side to filter down further into types of materials as well as English vs. Spanish versions.  You can also use the banner at the top of the cart to navigate. Additional materials will continue to be added throughout August and into September.
6. Once you have selected the materials you would like to order, click on the Shopping Bag icon in the upper right corner to access your cart and review your order.
7. Select Place Order to complete your transaction.
