Dwane McFerrin

As Senior Vice President, Med Solutions, Dwane McFerrin, CLU®, CFP®, RHU®, CLTC®, LLIF, has helped position Senior Market Sales® (SMS) as a market leader selling Medicare Advantage and Part D in addition to Medicare Supplement. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the Medicare product line, carrier relationships and a team of marketing consultants who support sales in excess of 725,000 new business applications into Medicare-related products annually.

Dwane has more than 30 years of experience in executive-level positions in the insurance industry. Prior to joining SMS, he was Vice President of Marketing at Mutual of Omaha and a Senior VP of Agency at Physicians Mutual Insurance Company. He has a strong background in the senior market, sales management, association and worksite marketing, client development and lead generation.

Brianna Goode
Compliance Associate, CareValue
Brianna Goode, MPH, is a dedicated public health professional with a background in compliance and insurance regulation. She is currently our Compliance Associate, where she ensures adherence to industry regulations and supports operational integrity for both the company and our agents. Brianna earned her Master’s degree in Public Health from SUNY Brockport, completing her studies in May 2024.

In addition to her expertise in public health, Brianna holds her New York State insurance license for Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life, and Variable Annuities. She is deeply committed to social causes, actively supporting initiatives in arts and culture, children’s welfare, civil rights, humanitarian relief, education, health, human rights, and advancements in science and technology. With a passion for compliance and advocacy, Brianna strives to make a meaningful impact in both the healthcare and insurance sectors.
Ken Hill
Regional Sales Manager, NCD
Ken Hill is based just outside of Raleigh, NC but originally hails from Cincinnati— a lifelong Bengals fan! He joined the military at 17 after spending most of his teenage years working on farms, and served on active duty in the Army, traveling across the U.S. and the Middle East. In 2022, he made the leap from teaching military science at NC State University (Go Pack!) into the world of insurance—knowing absolutely nothing about it at the time.

Joining NCD was a leap of faith, but it’s been incredibly rewarding. Since then, Ken has had the opportunity to grow within the company from Account Executive to Sales Manager, focusing on expanding their strategic partnerships. With all the recent shifts—MAPD and Med Supp revenue compression, changes in ACA plans— his goal is to ensure agents are equipped and ready to succeed, especially with cross-selling becoming more important than ever heading into 2026.
