Important Compliance Reminder for Marketing to Members Prior to 10/01/2025

This is an important Medicare Compliance reminder regarding discussing 2026 Medicare Plan Benefits.

• Agents MUST NOT market 2026 Medicare Advantage plans or discuss 2026 plan benefits until 10/01/2025.
• Agents may market the current year (2025) and prospective year (2026) simultaneously, on or after 10/01/2025 and through 11/30/2025, provided materials clearly indicate what year is being discussed.
• Agents MUST be Ready to Sell (RTS) for 2026 prior to marketing Molina's 2026 Medicare products on or after 10/01/2025
• If you are unsure of your RTS status, please contact Broker Services prior to marketing at (866) 440-9788
• 2026 applications MUST NOT be completed or accepted until 10/15/2025 for a 2026 plan with a 1/01/2026 effective date.

Any violation of the above CMS guidelines, or any other CMS guidelines, will result in corrective action up through termination with cause with notification to CMS and the Department of Insurance in the applicable states.
