Where can you access the Provider Directory?

To access the directory, log in to the Agent Portal and navigate to “Early Look: 2026 Directory” under “Sales Tools” on the homepage.

Which providers are included in the Provider Directory sneak peek?

You’ll see providers in new states and markets, including those already in network and those joining on January 1, 2026. Some hospitals are still in the credentialing process and will not show up. Check back closer to AEP for the most updated information! This directory differs from the provider directory on the public site, which only includes 2025 current network providers. This 2026 plan information may not be shared with Medicare beneficiaries before October, 1, 2025.

Are providers subject to change?

Yes! Devoted is adding and removing providers every day. Make sure to check back closer to AEP for the most updated information.
