Thank you for your ongoing partnership in helping Medicare beneficiaries make the best healthcare coverage decisions for their unique needs. With AEP sales about to begin, and out of an abundance of caution, Empire has decided to replace the paper MAPD enrollment kits.
 
Empire has discovered an incorrect drug list was included in some of the paper MAPD 2023 Enrollment Kits. While the incorrect information is on limited pages in the drug list, to ensure a simple process for agents, they are replacing MAPD printed kits. Please stop distribution and discard paper  2023 MAPD kits.
 
 MA-only and PDP 2023 kits remain accurate. All the MAPD 2023 formularies have been and continue to be accurate. Moreover, most agents use the online drug list resources and the online enrollment tools, and those remain accurate.

Replacements for kits you've already received, or have recently ordered, are being printed for expedited delivery. You DO NOT need to reorder. These kits will be shipped to you automatically.

Resources such as mProducer, Online Store, Medicare.gov,  SunFire and Connecture can continue to be used with confidence as you help  your clients make important plan selections.
