You asked and Cigna delivered! Your Cigna Healthcare® Supplemental Benefits (CSB) commission statements have been upgraded for improved readability, featuring clear headings and better-organized sections.

Log in to CignaForBrokers and click on Compensation on the left-hand side of the dashboard to get started. Read on to learn what's new and for information on guidance resources.

What's new?

A total of seven statement sections now mirror that of CignaForBrokers reporting, for easier review and comparison*.

• Sections 1-5 (pages 1-3) will always reflect the same information in every statement:
  
  • Section 1 (page 1; see image): Shows agent commission payments, including Total Payments this Period, Total Earnings this Period, and Taxable Year to Date Earnings
  • Sections 2-4 (page 2): Now includes the following Summary information: Agent's Account, Agent's Interest, Agent's Balance Information
  • Section 5 (page 3): Provides a detailed explanation of commissions, including a breakdown between what is earned from group vs. individual policies, and personal vs. downline production
• Sections 6 and 7 outline:
  
  • Section 6: Commission Activity Details Period Ending (date noted)
  • Section 7: The Policy and Premium Summary

You'll also note the following improvements:

• Company name is now used instead of company code to eliminate unnecessary confusion
• Unused fields were eliminated
• Grand totals at the end of each section will align with page 1 totals
