To all William Penn Association agents, brokers, and managers:
The Recommender program rewards your clients that give referrals (or “recommend” new members) that ultimately purchase a life certificate. The recommender bonus is paid out by the home office – and costs our agents nothing to participate. This program should be reviewed with all of your clients and prospects. Last year we paid 83 of your “recommender” members in excess of $2,800. What a wonderful way to grow your member base – and put some extra cash in your client’s pocket!
For the first quarter we are paying $40 for each new “life member” – and this bonus still includes juvenile sales! We’re also paying $40 for each “single-pay” juvenile term plan, and $20 additional for each annual pay juvenile plan! Combine the $20 bonus and $40 if they’re a new member (and most juveniles are) – for a total of $60 for selling a new member juvenile term plan – and $80 if it’s a single-pay term! ALSO – please note that the entry point for adult life and term sales is 3 sales. Three life certificates issued this quarter will earn you an extra $100 in bonus money – and – the more certificates you produce, the higher your bonus will be.
The goal in the sales department is a consistent new member and new business growth – and we cannot accomplish this goal without the help of a successful sales force. Here at the home office, we are committed to providing the highest level of agent support in order to help to do business with us easier.
Please don’t hesitate to call on us if we can be of any assistance.
Good luck and great selling in 2019!
