Wellcare recently launched a new and improved Broker Portal called Centene Workbench!
The new portal located in Ping One has replaced the previous portal Agent Connect. Centene Workbench can be accessed via the link below:

Wellcare is happy to say that this new system is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Once you are in the system, answers to many questions you may have can likely be found in the User Guide via the link below:
In the upcoming weeks there will be virtual trainings to give agents a walkthrough of the system. Be on the lookout for another communication with a list of dates and times for these trainings.
