Wellcare: Update on Wellcare Provider Network in Oregon

Wellcare Provider Update: PeaceHealth Now In Network for Wellcare By Trillium Advantage DSNP Plan in Lane County

As previously communicated the Wellcare By Health Net Medicare provider network now includes PeaceHealth hospitals and physicians. In keeping with Wellcare's commitment to expand coverage where needed, they are pleased    to announce that Wellcare By Trillium Advantage Medicare Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) in Lane County will also now be accepted by PeaceHealth hospitals and physicians. This in-network designation became effective on June 1, 2023.

Wellcare By Trillium Advantage is committed to providing access to high-quality care for the members they serve. The PeaceHealth network for Oregon Medicare members includes medical centers, critical access hospitals and medical clinics throughout Oregon, including Eugene, Springfield, and Florence, and PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center and provider groups in Vancouver, Washington.

Wellcare By Trillium Advantage Enrollment

You may start submitting enrollment applications with PeaceHealth Primary Care Physicians for Wellcare By Trillium Advantage plans with an effective date of June 1, 2023.
