Today’s Tip – Get familiar with the dashboard

When first logging in to the portal you’ll arrive at the main dashboard. From here you can access all the tools and services available to you, based on your contracting status and role. 

The dashboard is comprised of 3 main access points for information:

• Alerts - View your important messages and alerts by selecting the bell icon located at the top right of the dashboard.  
• Navigation Menu - On the left-hand side, you'll find convenient menu bars to help you easily access processes crucial to your role.
• Widgets - Access snapshots of your business, status and credentials here. Easily view your pending applications with the New Application Status widget, and check out the Quick Links widget for access to all of the most commonly used Wellcare resources in one convenient location.
