Pre-Ordering Period Begins Monday Aug. 14 for 2024 AEP Sales Materials

Pre-ordering for 2024 AEP sales materials through the CustomPoint portal will open for certified brokers from Monday, August 14 through Sunday, August 20, 2023. During this window of time you may select plan year 2024 and order materials to be delivered ahead of October 1, 2023.

Standard ordering through the portal will be available beginning September 27, 2023, and will have a turnaround time of 5-7 business days.

2024 Plan Year Changes and Highlights for Sales Materials

• Scope of Appointment Forms will be available for ordering as a stand-alone (in addition to being in the Enrollment Guide).
• OTC Catalog/Healthy Foods Catalog will be available for ordering, however there might be a delay in shipping due to the timing of receiving the information from the Vendor.
• Slim Jim (B3) will not be available for ordering due to a 2024 CMS change.
• PDP Benefit Highlights are being offered and will be versioned by state.
• PDP Enrollment Guide has become a national material for 2024 (ENG and SPA will be available).
• Medicare Enrollment Guides will be in full color this year.
• Ascension plans are available for the remaining 2023 plan year but will fold into Wellcare plans for 2024.
