As previously communicated, application submissions in recent months listed your former Wellcare assigned Producer ID (PID) number instead of your National Producer Number (NPN).
As a reminder, the use of your 6-digit Wellcare Broker Producer ID (PID) was discontinued in 2022 and replaced with your National Producer Number (NPN).
The submission of an application with your old Wellcare Broker Producer ID (PID) may result in the incorrect Broker of Record (BOR) for the member and impact commission payments.
Note: Applications submitted using a PID as of July 1 will default to a house account, resulting in a commission impact
To easily view your NPN, log into Centene Workbench through your Single Sign-on Portal and select the Book of Business widget.
