New ID Card Feature Now Live in Centene Workbench

Printable enrollment ID cards for members are now available in Centene Workbench! You may download and print member enrollment ID cards within your Book of Business directly from your Centene Workbench Broker Portal

Highlights of the ID Card Feature

• The new feature is located within the Book of Business widget in Centene Workbench
• Enrollment ID cards are available for members in all Centene and Wellcare plans

Important Notes

• Wellcare ID Cards will display a “Print” button that must be selected to open the PDF card for printing.
• Centene ID Cards will not show a “Print” button and will instead immediately open the printable file.
• Fidelis plans are not supported within the ID Card feature at this time.
• Toggling between multiple ID Cards may cause longer load times.
• Member ID Cards must be sent securely with proper encryption and member contact information should be verified prior to sending.
