Starting September 30, 2023, new regulations from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) go into effect, impacting all 2024 Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans selling activities.
A brief overview of each change, as well as some reminders and other updates, are found in the 2024 Final Rule Summary.
