Members with a mobile number on file may receive the new welcome message as well as other periodic text messages from the sender, "Jen at Wellcare."

Welcome Message: Texts are sent to newly enrolled members with a mobile number on file, offering assistance with autopay and general onboarding
Happy Birthday Message: Message will read, “Happy Birthday from Wellcare,” with no further action required from the member
Proactive Billing Reminder: Members who are not set up for any type of automatic deduction and have not made their payment for the month may receive a text reminder
Failure to Pay Message: Members who have missed at least one premium payment may receive a text message
OOSA (Out of Service Area) Message: Members who may require a plan change after moving out of the service area may receive a text notification
