Due to an internal system issue, some Arkansas D-SNP members incorrectly received Healthy Foods benefit cards from two different vendors when the Healthy Foods Cards were issued.
Healthy Foods Card Vendors
The Healthy Foods benefit in Arkansas is serviced by Solutran and members were mailed Healthy Foods cards for use beginning January 1, 2023. However, some Arkansas D-SNP members may have, in error, also received a Healthy Foods card from Incomm, a vendor that services members outside of Arkansas.
Please refer to this previous communication for Healthy Foods Cards activation information and card samples.
Action Required for Members / Next Steps
Arkansas D-SNP members that received a Healthy Foods card in error from Incomm will not be financially responsible for any purchases made on the Incomm card prior to deactivation.
