Derek Hicks-Field Agency Manager

Derek has a long history in Medicare sales with over 18 years of experience in Pennsylvania. The majority of these years have been spent servicing the broker community in a variety of ways. His passion for building relationships and managing dynamic sales teams continues to motivate him in his current role. Derek resides north of Pittsburgh in the Cranberry/Mars area with his wife, two high school age children and two rather energetic canines. In his spare time, Derek enjoys vacationing with his family and running- mainly to try to keep up with his faster children.

Colleen Heilman-Sales Executive

Colleen has over 17 years of Medicare/Healthcare Sales experience serving in many roles including Member/Provider Services, Inside and Field Sales, and Broker Management. She has extensive knowledge in Medicare sales, including working with dual eligible beneficiaries. With her passion for support and service, she strongly believes in helping to Transforming the health of the community, one person at a time. Colleen resides in New Cumberland, PA where she shares her home with her husband and feline friends.

Kerri Livengood-Sales Executive

Kerri has an extensive background in Medicare sales. She started her career as an independent broker representing numerous carriers. In 2018, she decided to join Allwell’s internal sales team. As a top performer, Kerri was promoted to the role of Sales Executive in 2019. She has always had an enthusiasm for helping those in need which makes her a perfect fit for her current position. Kerri resides in a small town south of Pittsburgh with her husband, daughter and two dogs. When she isn’t assisting her brokers and fellow colleagues, you can find her on the local ball fields supporting her daughter’s softball and cheerleading activities. She also has a love for all the Pittsburgh sports teams!

Nicole Marrazzo-Senior Field Agency Director

Nicole has over 22 years of Healthcare/Medicare experience and has served in a variety of roles; including: Commercial, Market Place, Medicare (Individual & EGWP) MAPD/PDP/Med Supp. She is extremely passionate about her leadership and servicing our clients & members. Nicole resides in Harrisburg, PA with her 21 year old son, Alex. She enjoys spending time lifting weights, playing basketball, and visiting with her family.
