Receive $150 for each underwritten application and $15 for each open enrollment, guaranteed issue, or special enrollment period application.

For qualifying Medicare Supplement applications written between Jan. 1, 2024, and March 31, 2024.

1. Qualify with three approved and taken policies

2. Any combination of underwritten and open enrollment, guaranteed issue, or special enrollment period

3. Policies must be effective by May 1, 2024

4. Policies must be approved before payout to be eligible
