Download the re-registration guide before July 1

On July 1, 2024, Wellabe will be upgrading the agent portal to provide an extra layer of security to ensure you and your clients are well protected. They will be implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA), and you’ll need to re-register your account. To make the re-registration process go smoother for you, it is suggested you complete the To Do list below within the next few weeks.

 To Do list before July 1

1. Locate your Wellabe agent number, Social Security number (SSN), and/or Tax Identification Number (TIN). Your Wellabe agent number can be found in your agent portal profile settings or on a recent commission statement. Write it down and set it aside to use on July 1.
2. Download the MFA step-by-step registration guide.
3. Finish any incomplete submissions or pending cases in MyEnroller® before June 28.
