As a reminder, UPMC for Life agents receive an additional $75 payment for every Medicare and SNP member when they complete the survey during enrollment. The Health Risk Assessment (HRA) survey helps members receive the highest quality of care from UPMC for Life. It allows them to offer members additional personal support and a care plan that addresses their healthcare needs.
PLEASE NOTE: Your clients must complete the most up-to-date version of the HRA survey in order for you to receive credit. If you submit an older version of the survey, you will not receive the additional $75 payment.
