

UPMC for Life’s Broker Recording Line first became available last year to help you easily record non-enrollment calls and stay compliant with the new guidance from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Effective immediately, the call recording platform will need your NPN instead of your agent writing number.
If you would like to use UPMC for Life’s Broker Recording Line to record non-enrollment calls, follow these instructions:
As a reminder, UPMC for Life requires that all telephonic enrollments must be taken by the UPMC for Life Enrollment Line. Telephonic enrollment into a UPMC for Life plan using any other recording platforms, including one provided by a General Agency, will not be accepted. Agents are prohibited from completing their own telephonic enrollment calls.
