The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is requiring that all material given to a Medicare beneficiary from an authorized agent must include the following disclaimer, beginning Oct. 1, 2022: We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.
This includes personalized marketing materials as well as enrollment kits, plan comparison guides, seminar PowerPoints, and any flier that includes UPMC for Life plan and/or benefit information.
To ensure that you are compliant with this new guideline, use the attached sticker and contact card template.
TPMO disclaimer sticker template―stickers can be printed 2”x3” or 2”x4” and font size must be 12pt.
