UPMC Marketing Storefront changes go live this week

UPMC for Life strives to make sure they are able to meet the ever-changing needs of not only members, but trusted agents. This includes systems such as their ordering site, Marketing Storefront.

Marketing Storefront will roll out the following changes soon. Here’s what you need to know:

  • 2026 enrollment kit ordering. UPMC for Life broker managers will order 2026 enrollment material for their agents. This includes enrollment kits, plan compare guides, and seminar PPTs (only applicable for seminar presenters).
  • Account reset. All user accounts for Marketing Storefront will be reset. Be on the lookout for an email with your new credentials and instructions on how to reset your password. Your new username should match the email address that UPMC for Life has on file for you.

What does this mean for me?

  • Take advantage of digital tools! Enrollment materials, plan compare guides, and more will be featured on the public website starting Oct. 1. The Broker Training Site will also hold these tools and more, exclusively for you to access.
  • Plan ahead. If you have an upcoming meeting with a lead/member this AEP, order an enrollment kit through the new CRM, Evolve, and have it shipped directly to their house. Remember, every UPMC for Life lead will receive a plan compare guide when they respond, whether it’s through mail, phone, or online. Enrollment kits take about 7 business days to arrive.
  • Streamlined systems. Your username for the Marketing Storefront will now match the email address UPMC for Life has on file for you. That means it’s the same across all systems and reporting.
