UPMC For Life Flex New Star Ratings Flier
The 2025 star ratings have been announced, and UPMC for Life’s HMO and PPO plans have received an above-average rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars from Medicare for 2025. This award reflects our commitment to offering our members the best possible care and coverage every day.
Be on the lookout!
Any 2025 enrollment kits ordered and shipped since August will include the old star ratings fliers. UPMC for Life will send you updated 2025 star ratings fliers to include with your enrollment kits before distribution to any Medicare prospects. CMS requires updated star ratings fliers to be included with your enrollment kits by Thursday, Oct. 31. Remember, each Medicare kit will need both the HMO and PPO star ratings fliers. The UPMC for Life Complete Care (D-SNP) kits will only need their respective D-SNP star ratings flier.

- 2025 UPMC for Life Complete Care (HMO D-SNP) flier - Central, Northeastern, and Western PA
- 2025 UPMC for Life Complete Care (HMO D-SNP) flier - Southeastern PA
Any new enrollment kit orders will already include the updated 2025 star ratings fliers.
