Below are important change to the agent of record (AOR) policy for UPMC for Life Medicare plans. The agent of record is entitled to receive certain information and assist members in managing their coverage with UPMC for Life. Beginning October 15th 2024, existing UPMC for Life members wishing to change their AOR may do so by completing an AOR change letter.
