UPMC AEP Extended Hours

Cooler days and changing leaves can only mean one thing … AEP is here! This new month brings some very exciting updates UPMC wanted to share with you.

Broker training site―Your one-stop shop for information and resources now includes the 2022 plan grids and 2022 plan comparison guides. To view the new material, click here. And keep checking in! More 2022 updates are coming soon to the Broker Training site.

Broker Resource Center―The knowledgeable team dedicated to supporting you when you’re in the field and need information quickly now has extended hours! You can call them toll-free at 1-855-289-3197 (TTY: 711):

• Oct. 1 – Dec. 7 seven days a week 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Open late throughout AEP!)
• Dec. 8 – Dec. 31 seven days a week 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Jan. 1 – Sept. 30 Mon. through Fri. 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sat. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

As a reminder, the Broker Resource team can help with all kinds of things:

• Provider, pharmacy, and prescription lookups
• Medicare eligibility
• Income assistance program verifications
• Basic plan benefit information
• Application statuses
