Updates Regarding Member Care Assessment Administrative Payments

Member Care Assessment survey administrative payment information

Humana wanted to make you aware that MCA administrative payments for the month of September will be made on a delayed schedule. Agents who met all contractual requirements to receive this payment should look for it to arrive by November 11. This administrative payment will include any completed MCA Surveys submitted prior to October 1.

Payments for October MCA submissions will go out on the regularly scheduled date of November 25.
