UPDATE: Banner Life is sunsetting Lab Lift

On September 10, the Lab Lift program will sunset for Banner Life Insurance Company.

Lab Lift was created to give clients another pathway to exam-free coverage. With underwriting advancements, Banner Life has seen that Lab Lift has less impact on outcomes and can now be retired with confidence.

With Horizon, the intelligent ordering and improved models are delivering faster, simpler results on their own.

Note: Lab Lift will remain available for William Penn Life Insurance Company of New York customers.

• Cleaner process: Fewer pathways, less confusion for you and your clients.
• Consistent results: Advanced models and intelligent ordering already minimize exams and medical record requests.
• Reduced APS requirements: Applicants can now move forward exam-free based on the information provided at submission.
• Faster when exams are needed: Because there will no longer be a delay until the APS is received for Lab Lift to determine eligibility.

Lab Lift helped us get here, but innovation has moved Banner Life forward. By sunsetting it now, they can keep underwriting simple, efficient and focused on what works best.
