September 8, 2025
UnitedHealthcare

Tip of the Week

One Healthcare ID offers a secure way to access UnitedHealthcare systems and tools, including Jarvis and Medicare Supplement JarvisEnroll. Now is a good time to refresh on best practices to manage your One Healthcare ID, including:

  • Log in with your One Healthcare ID regularly to avoid delays
    • If you don’t log in within 6 months, you will need to create a new account
  • Have a unique email address for every distinct One Healthcare ID
  • Contact the Producer Help Desk (PHD) for questions about setting up or managing your One Healthcare ID

For more information on One Healthcare ID, read the FAQs here or find them on the Jarvis sign-in page

Don’t miss a thing with the new Applications page

The newly updated Applications page on Jarvis now makes it easier than ever to track your submitted applications and know exactly where you need to take action. The easy-to-use interface gives a snapshot of applications submitted in the last 60 days so you know where to focus your time. Applications requiring action may automatically filter to the top of the Status column. Simply click on your client’s name to resume an incomplete application or take action on a pended one – including uploading documents directly in the browser window.

Plus, you can now dive into the data using filtering and sorting capabilities. Filter to view applications submitted within a specific timeframe, search by client first or last name or sort by application status. You can also adjust the columns in your dashboard view to see the information you need and download the results.

Simplify enrollment with JarvisEnroll for Medicare Advantage

UnitedHealthcare has made updates to JarvisEnroll for Medicare Advantage to make the enrollment process easier and more secure—for both you and the member.

  • Document uploads - You can now securely upload documents—like proof of Medicare or proof of Medicaid—during an enrollment in JarvisEnroll or after an enrollment on the Applications page.
  • Improved remote signature – UHC has refreshed the look and navigation in JarvisEnroll to make remote signatures simpler for consumers. Enrollees can select the easy-to-find “Approve” button from among three options (“Approve,” “Decline” or “Download PDF”). Then the enrollee will be directed to enter a code they receive based on their selection of email, text or voice confirmation.
  • All plans, one place – With all plan offerings available at your fingertips and no additional login required, JarvisEnroll helps you focus on what matters most—supporting your clients.
