To provide the best possible experience and expedite service during the busiest times, if all Spanish-speaking representatives are assisting other callers, you will be routed to an English-speaking representative.

Scope of appointment (SOA) can no longer be taken verbally because of the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) new 48-hour rule, which says in most cases you must wait 48-hours after the scope of appointment is received before completing a voice signature enrollment.
