Access all 2026 plans in Drug Cost Estimator and Find a Plan

You can now access all UnitedHealthcare 2026 plans in the Drug Cost Estimator and Find a Plan tools on Jarvis, helping to make it easy to review UnitedHealthcare Medicare plan options available in your area and support you in servicing members. New this year, you will find an indicator in Find a Plan to "see commission notes" in Medicare Product Portal for Medicare Advantage plans with important commission status information.  Note: you will only see plans that are commissionable for new enrollments or plan changes in JarvisEnroll. All UnitedHealthcare plans continue to be available for enrollment via Medicare.gov, //uhc.com/Medicare, by calling UnitedHealthcare directly, or through paper applications (apps).

Updated D-SNP Guides for 2026

Check out the 2026 state-specific Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) Enrollment At-a-Glance guides. These guides will help you understand which consumers may be eligible to enroll in a UnitedHealthcare D-SNP plan and determine which plans can be offered during the Integrated Care Special Enrollment Period (SEP). Find the available D-SNPs in your market, which consumers are eligible to enroll, the Integrated Care Special Election Period (SEP) rules for your state and alternative SEP options for plans that do not qualify.

Look up your client’s Medicaid level and more

The Medicare & Medicaid Eligibility Lookup tool on Jarvis gives you key details for your clients this AEP. Check out these features that put the most important information front and center, including:  

  • View specific Medicaid level using the Medicaid tab. You will see specific Medicaid level and waiver type for most states.* Plus, if you include a client's Medicare number in your search, their Low-Income Subsidy (LIS) eligibility will also display.
  • Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) eligibility and Medicaid type displays on the Medicaid tab for plans for which a consumer qualifies.
  • On the Medicare tab, searching your client's Medicare number displays their eligibility for Parts A, B and D and their LIS status. And don't forget you can then start a Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug Plan application right from the Medicare results page to save you time.

*Verification not available for partial eligibility in: New Mexico, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas and West Virginia. The Medicare & Medicaid Eligibility Lookup tool is not available for use with AARP Medicare Supplement Plans.
