Coming soon: New resources and expanded tools on Jarvis

Thanks to feedback from the UnitedHealthcare broker and agent community, UHC will be making exciting new enhancements to our tools and resources to help make it easy for you to find what you are looking for and focus on what matters most to you.

Save time with JarvisEnroll

Coming soon, you will have access to our new online enrollment tool, JarvisEnroll, which offers an all-in-one experience within Jarvis and includes all the features you have come to expect from LEAN.

JarvisEnroll is a simplified experience with fewer clicks that is designed to save you time. You’ll find easier access through Jarvis, including the ability to start an application from multiple locations within Jarvis. You can also still access LEAN throughout the summer as you get familiar with using JarvisEnroll.

UHC will also be improving your Jarvis experience by making it easier to find the tools you’re looking for and giving you quick access to information when you need it most.

Key highlights include:

  • The ability to personalize your home screen for faster access to the links you find most useful as you grow your business
  • An expanded Knowledge Center, with new content on key topics such as certifications, product information, member communications, reference guides and more
  • An interactive training calendar to make it easy for you to sign up for upcoming webinars and find relevant resources

These enhancements are designed to save you time with faster navigation and fewer clicks. Stay tuned for more information over the next few weeks.

New! UCard® can now be used at Sam’s Club

UnitedHealthcare continues to expand in-store shopping options for eligible Medicare Advantage (MA) plan members to shop with their UnitedHealthcare UCard® through the S3 retail network. And as the network of stores continues to grow, they want to alert you that all Sam’s Club stores are now in the S3 retail network! For more information on how to use their benefit credits and rewards at Sam’s Club stores, members should visit the UCard hub in their UnitedHealthcare app or their member website.

The S3 network also offers access to thousands of participating stores like Dollar General, Walmart, Walgreens, Kroger and CVS, expanding shopping options for members and making it easier to spend their benefit credits and rewards.

UnitedHealthcare also made locating participating stores a breeze with the Store Finder tool. Use this to help members find a location near them!

The Producer Help Desk is here to help!

UnitedHealthcare is committed to providing industry leading agent support through self-service tools that allow you to take care of what you need to run your business. They also know sometimes a little extra help can be a welcome relief for things like Medicaid lookup, provider and drug information, commissions questions, among other things. The Producer Help Desk (PHD) team is ready to help you get answers to your questions. This team of sales enablement professionals is up to date on the latest Medicare-related information and happenings around UnitedHealthcare, offering support when you need it most, including:

  • Sales support: plan information, provider and drug look up, Medicare Medicaid Verification, and application status check
  • Certifications: required courses, troubleshooting, software compatibility questions and transferring AHIP or NABIP credit
  • Commissions: inquiries related to statements, status of payment, agent of record, true-ups and renewals
