Flexible Choice Dental, Vision & Hearing Plus Available to sell now in CA, FL, IL, PA, and TX

You can now offer your customers Flexible Choice Dental, Vision & Hearing (DVH) Plus insurance. The enhanced DVH policy now includes:

• No waiting period for dental benefits
• Major dental services coverage increased from 0% to 20% in year 1

Flexible Choice DVH Plus offers a variety of benefit options, allowing your customers to choose the coverage that best suits their needs and budget:

• Optional 100% coverage for preventive dental services
• Low deductibles of $0, $50, $100, or an optional disappearing deductible¹
• Eight maximum benefit amount options ranging from $1,000 to $5,000

Earn a $25 bonus for every qualifying Flexible Choice DVH and Flexible Choice DVH Plus application you write each month through December 31, 2025, with a minimum of five qualifying applications.² Bonuses are paid the month following policy approval, so you receive what you earn quickly.

Effective May 27, 2025, Flexible Choice Dental, Vision & Hearing will no longer be available for sale under your distribution in CA, FL, IL, PA, and TX. All applications, including paper, for Flexible Choice Dental, Vision & Hearing products in these states must be signed by May 27, 2025, and in our office by May 27, 2025.
