2026 UnitedHealthcare Certifications now open for Fast Track-eligible agents

Fast Track-eligible agents can now get certified to sell 2026 UnitedHealthcare Medicare plans! If you qualify for Fast Track, you will receive a separate invitation in your email. This means more time to prep for AEP and plan your events.  

What to know about Fast Track:  

  • One assessment that covers Medicare Advantage, Part D, Medicare Supplement, Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP), Chronic Special Needs Plan (C-SNP) and standalone Dental Vision Hearing (DVH) plans as well as Event Basics
  • Standard certification is still an option

Not eligible for Fast Track? 2026 certifications will open to all agents next week. Learn one way you could qualify for Fast Track, next year, through the Premier Producer program.  

PHD Chat makes it easier to support your clients

The Producer Help Desk (PHD) – our dedicated Sales Support Center – offers Chat on Jarvis so you can:

  • Upload documents securely, including those with Protected Health Information (PHI) like the Medicaid Award Letter  
  • Receive faster support by entering your reason for chatting and be instantly routed to the right representative who can start working on your inquiry as soon as you're connected  
  • Submit questions anytime. Regular business hours are Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. CT. If you submit a question after hours, your question will be placed in a queue and answered the next business day.

Tip: Simply enter the reason for your chat when prompted and you'll connect with a representative who is ready to help. Visit the Jarvis homepage to connect with PHD via chat in the lower right side of the screen.
