Most UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plan members can earn up to $155 in rewards this year1 by completing certain activities. Rewards are loaded to their UnitedHealthcare UCard® to spend. Promote this opportunity using the 2025 Rewards Member Flyer from the UHC Agent Toolkit. Search keywords "2025 rewards."

2026 UnitedHealthcare Certifications coming soon!

2026 UnitedHealthcare Certifications will kick off in early June with several new enhancements:  

  • Tools and resources: Featuring a comparison chart and video to help you confidently select the right certification path
  • Certification status: Confirm your certification status on Jarvis or on Learning Lab  
  • Instant certificate download: You have the option to immediately download your 2026 UnitedHealthcare Certification completion certificate for your records
  • Combined agreement: The Pledge of Compliance and agreement are now in one module

Reminder: If you haven't visited Jarvis in a while, do so now to ensure your One Healthcare ID (OHID) is active and ready to use. This can help save you time when you log in to take your certifications.  Stay tuned for more details!

Strengthen relationships with a mid-year check-in

If you haven't connected with members recently, it may be time for a mid-year check-in. Staying in touch helps a member make the most of their plan and helps strengthen your relationship. An effective way to reach out to Medicare Advantage members is through the Referral Relationship letter available on the UHC Agent Toolkit. This letter allows you to connect with your clients and ask for referrals, which can help grow your business. Search keyword "referral" to find it and start connecting with your clients today.

Support retention by ensuring members understand their plan

Help your clients by ensuring they understand and are aware of their key Medicare Advantage plan benefits, which may increase member retention later on. Here are some recommended ideas from UHC's 2025 Retention Planning Guide:  

Digital experience  

  • Highlight the benefits of creating a UHC.com member account, if your client hasn't done so yet
  • Encourage members to download the UnitedHealthcare mobile app for easy access to their plan details

Health and wellness  

  • Remind members to schedule their $0 annual wellness visit if they haven't already done so
  • Confirm they know how to use their OTC, Healthy Foods or Utilities credits, if applicable  
    • Attend the 2025 OTC, Healthy Foods and Utilities for Medicare Advantage Plans national webinar to learn more about how members can take advantage of that benefit
    • Learn how members can fully utilize their plan with educational videos available in the UHC Agent Toolkit. Search keyword "welcome video."  
  • Ensure members are aware of the available Reward and Discount programs
