Thank you for choosing to sell UnitedHealthcare products. If you are a new agent or just looking for a refresher, you can jump start your success with the New Agent program, designed to help you make the most of the tools and training available from UnitedHealthcare.
Start with the most popular resource, the interactive New Agent Start Guide, which contains an overview of the tools that may support your long-term growth, like Jarvis and JarvisEnroll, plus what you need to start earning commissions. It is recommended using the new Agent Start Guide just like it sounds—as a guide to help you navigate your first few months or as a refresher throughout the year.
Don’t miss the New Agent Training Program, offering self-study courses and national webinars where you can hear from knowledgeable trainers on key topics. This training program was designed to help you learn on your own time and has been divided into three phases so you can start with the phase that is most relevant: preparing for your first enrollment, expanding your product portfolio and developing your sales skills.

With Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) coming this fall, this summer is the time to educate consumers on Medicare and connect with potential prospects. Medicare Made Clear® offers tools and resources to help educate consumers and help simplify the Medicare enrollment process.
Between now and the start of AEP, you have an opportunity to host educational events and teach consumers about Medicare by using materials in the UHC Agent Toolkit. The goal is to educate consumers about Medicare so they feel confident and informed when it’s time to enroll.
Multilanguage event resources can be found on the UHC Agent Toolkit. Search “Medicare Made Clear” or “MMC” to find educational materials and resources, including an event postcard, helpful guides, a presentation and more.
If a consumer’s Medicare Advantage or Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) application is missing information, they will now receive an email from UnitedHealthcare encouraging them to provide the missing information online using the “Chat” function on their member website or mobile app. This update is designed to simplify the member experience and make our plan application approval process more efficient.
Find out what else members can do by reviewing our “Member Site & Member App” quick reference guide on Jarvis.
