AEP readiness and rebrand tips

Ready for AEP? HealthSpring has collected some essential resources for you to be prepared for this selling season.

MA/PDP: Review and save the following resources ahead of AEP, so they're easy to access when you're busy selling.

  • Online provider directory – easily help your clients find providers. Now available! You can see IPA affiliation for a provider within the directory listing.
  • Broker Manager Contact Sheet – get answers to your questions and sales support.
  • Pre-AEP Retention Letters – connect with your clients prior to AEP. Letters are now available in five languages: English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Spanish (make sure to select the 'ES' toggle in the top right corner of the page to view this version), and Vietnamese.

CSB: Visit the Thrive newsletter for a AEP broker preparedness checklist and information on HealthSpring rebranding for the CSB product line.

  • As a reminder: Though you'll start seeing some Medicare broker materials such as this newsletter in the HealthSpring brand, CSB-only communications will continue in the current brand until January 2026.
  • CSB Easy-to-Use Broker Tools – all the selling tools you need for AEP and beyond, all in one place.

FYI: The new member portal has launched, but member communications are delayed due to technical issues.

Broker Commitment

HealthSpring is committed to their brokers. Ahead of AEP, take some time to review the Broker Commitment pledge found in CignaForBreokers and learn how they strive to be the best partner to you throughout this selling season and beyond.

Application correction process

HealthSpring has made some changes to the process of submitting a statement of correction on enrollment applications. Previously, corrections had to be submitted via fax along with a new application, but they can now be submitted via email and will no longer require a new application to be submitted in most cases.

Brokers can reply back directly to the denial notice email that is sent from RFISupport@HealthSpring.com with the statement of correction or any other inquiries they may have. If you have not received a denial email notice, but know that a mistake was made, you can submit the statement of correction to ARCMAPD@HealthSpring.com. Please review the job aid found in CignaForBrokers to learn more about this new process.

PDP overview for 2026

HealthSpring recently shared an overview of their PDP benefits for 2026. If you haven't already, make sure to review this email prior to AEP, so you're ready to sell PDP products this year. When submitting PDP applications via fax, please ensure to use the correct number: 1-800-735-1469.

Policy commission statement links in Book of Business

HealthSpring has another Book of Business enhancement for you! When you log in to the broker portal and go to Book of Business > the Policy Details page, you will now see a Commission Statements column in the Payment Information section of your selected client's policy!

This column contains links to commission payment PDFs for that policy, so you can see how and for what activity you were paid.
