Recently UHC shared that some members received UnitedHealthcare UCardsTM with an incorrect barcode. All impacted members should now have received replacement cards and any of their unused January OTC/Healthy Food/Utility credits have been extended to February. Please note that only members who received a card with an incorrect barcode had their unused January benefits extended. These members were notified by mail of that extension. If they did not receive a member communication about their monthly benefit, it expired at the end of January as directed by their plan benefits. The impacted members typically fall into one of the following categories:
