Reminder: 2026 UnitedHealthcare sales materials pre-order now open

The pre-ordering period for 2026 UnitedHealthcare sales materials for Medicare Advantage products (MA, MA-PD, D-SNP and C-SNP) is open. Remember that you must be certified to place an order.  

New this year, you will find the "2026 Plan Highlights" leave-behind booklet for most MA plans, a concise resource that provides an alternative to the traditional Enrollment Guide. This compact guide includes key plan details, benefit highlights and QR codes for easy access to tools like the UHC mobile app and Drug List. It supports electronic enrollments with a more streamlined and efficient format.

You can order materials through the Sales Materials Portal via Quick Access on the Jarvis home page, with the ability to filter by plan code, document type and year. Orders must be placed by August 31 to ensure delivery by October 1. The 2026 Plan Highlights and other Medicare Advantage required sales documents, such as the Enrollment Checklist and Summary of Benefits, will be available for download starting October 1. Note that Regional Preferred Provider Organization (RPPO) and Private Fee for Service (PFFS) plans will not have Plan Highlights available in 2026.
