UnitedHealthcare and St. Joseph’s Health have reached a multi-year agreement that restores network access to St. Joseph Health’s hospitals, facilities and its physicians for people enrolled in employer-sponsored commercial plans as well as our Medicare Advantage plans. The agreement is retroactive to July 1, meaning any services received at St. Joseph’s from July 1 to date will be processed as in-network.
UHC would like to thank members and customers for their support and patience throughout this process and are honored to continue supporting all of the people throughout the Syracuse area who depend on them for access to quality and affordable health care.
Please do not hesitate to contact your UnitedHealthcare representative if you have any questions.
