Benefit Highlight Brochures and Shopping Sheets Update

UHC is updating the Benefit Highlight Brochures and Shopping Sheets for all Medicare Advantage Plans to ensure accurate benefit information is available for consumers.

What you need to know

• Please discard Shopping Sheets and Benefit Highlight Brochures you received between Sept. 1 and Oct. 8 for all plans.
• If you provided Shopping Sheets or Benefit Highlight materials to consumers between Oct. 1 and Oct. 8, please refer to the Enrollment Guides and be sure the consumer is clear on the plan’s benefits outlined in the Summary of Benefits.

UHC will send an email out when the new Benefit Highlight Brochures and Shopping Sheets are available.
