The Member Service Request Tool for AARP® Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans from UnitedHealthcare® is improved! Now, submitting requests to add or update information on your client’s behalf may be easier with new capabilities through the Jarvis Book of Business and Application Status pages.
As of February 8, 2024, the new capabilities listed below will allow you to submit requests to change or update information on your client’s behalf that require their authorization to complete
These service requests require the member’s or applicant’s signature. You must submit these requests with your client, whether you are meeting in person or remotely. Your client must have an email address to complete the request. Follow the instructions provided on the service request. After submitting the request, your client will receive an email with a link to review, sign, and authorize the change.
