This tool is designed to streamline your process in determining an individual's Medicaid and LIS levels, ensuring that you can recommend the most suitable plan options for your clients.

What it includes:

• Combined lookup for Medicare/Medicaid (available only in states where we have a D-SNP):
  
  • Simply enter: name, DOB, gender, state
  • Gain insights on: individual’s Medicaid level, LIS level, current plan, A&B effective dates, and more!
• Medicare lookup tool (accessible in all states):
  
  • Required info: DOB and MBI
  • Discover: individual’s LIS level, current plan, A&B effective dates, late enrollment penalty, EGHP indicators, and much more.
• Medicaid lookup for D-SNP markets:
  
  • Enter: name, DOB, gender, state
  • Access information on: individuals’ Medicaid levels, current plans, MBI, and additional relevant details.
