To keep the focus on new life sales for the quarter, William Penn Association has decided to keep the new life member bonus at $100! AND – will maintain the EXTRA incentive for the top 3agents in life production. The top agent with a minimum of 10 life sales for the quarter will take home an extra $500 in bonus and the number 2 and 3 will earn an additional $250 and $100 respectively. Take advantage of the extra $$ and continue to focus on life sales. Just 3 life sales in the quarter (one per month) – and you’re in the bonus!
Review the attached 3rd quarter bonus flier and be sure to take full advantage of every dollar that is available in your WPA compensation/bonus plan. As mentioned, the new life member bonus of $100 for the third quarter will remain the same. The only exception is the $25 annual pay Juvenile term – which is paying $50 per new juvenile member. ALL other new life members will earn you the $100 new life member bonus.
The goal at William Penn remains consistent: new member growth coupled with a steady increase in all lines of business. Continued growth can only be accomplished through a combined team effort by the field and home office, and the home office is committed to providing the highest level of service to agents and will continue to provide the ongoing support that will make it easier for you to sell and service WPA products.
