Devoted Health is thrilled to announce a significant update to their Broker Learning Center has gone into effect. As part of their ongoing efforts to keep resources secure and up-to-date, they are implementing a new system for accessing their training materials.
While they have enhanced the security to keep their content confidential, they have ensured brokers will continue to have straightforward access.
The Broker Learning Center will now be found under the “Learning” icon on the Agent Portal. This will ensure only authorized users can view and use the materials.
Devoted will also include information for 2025 well before the October 1 implementation date. One of those updates is to the FAQs section, which has now been updated to include 2024 FAQs and 2025 FAQs.
The local Devoted team is committed to helping you with community and provider partner introductions, ordering materials and scheduling events, resolving member issues, and delivering hands-on training.
