

Last year, SureBridge notified agents that customers with a SureBridge branded DVH policy in force for at least 12 months would see a rate adjustment on their premium payment upon their policy anniversary. However, system issues delayed these rate adjustments, and they are just now able to correctly apply the change. Letters are going out to notify these customers of the premium rate adjustments and when it will be applied to their plan.
