Exciting changes are ready for new and existing members

SureBridge is excited to announce a brand new member website is now available. The UHC Member Hub, www.uhcmemberhub.com,will provide your members with a better user experience and improved online security.

How do members register?

Members can register for the Member Hub in a few easy steps. During registration, members will be asked to create a Health Safe ID^®. They’ll need their personal information, plan ID number, a working email, and a unique username. That’s it!

What is a Health Safe ID?

Health Safe ID is the updated, secure way to sign in to view plan information. It lets the member choose one username and one password to access all of their health benefit information.

The new Hub also connects SureBridge with the UnitedHealthcare brand family

The Chesapeake Life Insurance Company is part of the UnitedHealthcare family of companies. So, members will see more of the UnitedHealthcare brand alongside the SureBridge brand when using the new member website. Members will continue to receive the same great personal service they get today.
