New York State of Emergency SEP

Please be advised that due to recent catastrophic conditions, Governor Kathy Hochul has declared a disaster emergency for a series of severe storms throughout the entire state of New York.

New York Governor's Executive Order

An SEP exists for individuals affected by a disaster or other emergency declared by a Federal, state, or local government entity who were unable to and did not make an election during another valid election period.
