New electronic claims reimbursement form for Medicare members

‍As of June 27, Aetna Medicare members can submit claims digitally without needing to register/login to the Aetna Member website. This digital option gives members the flexibility to submit their claims reimbursement for medical, dental, vision, hearing or vaccine services (in and out-of-network). The digital option cannot be used for pharmacy reimbursement, so members still need to submit paper form. Learn how members can submit their claims.
